All slot requests with period of operation after 18h00 and until the next working day, will be automatically handled by our system for Lisbon, Porto, Faro, Madeira and Ponta Delgada airports.
Slot request must be addressed to our email address slotcoordination@nav.pt only.
Messages that are not correctly formatted are rejected and returned to is sender (should be amended and reapplied).
When the slot requested need parking permission or an airport authorization for a specific operation
Airlines / Handling Agents will receive the slots allocated with action code T (allocated subject to conditions).
If conditions are fulfilled slots will be confirmed with action code K.
In order to obtain Parking authorization, the Airline or handling agent must contact the airport operations:

If the authorization is granted
If the authorisation is granted, operation can occur and on the following working day action code will be changed to action code K by Slot Coordination
If the authorization is not granted
If the operation is not authorised, the operator or handling agent must change or cancel slots allocated with action code T according to the airport information.
