How to request a slot?
In order to help with the submission of slots for General and Business Aviation, we compiled these
guidelines

For Lisbon and Faro airports, starting from the W25 winter season, the following procedure will come into effect: Requests for GABA flights made more than 10 days in advance of the operation date will be rejected, and the requests must be resubmitted within the stipulated timeframe.
For all airports — Lisbon, Porto, Faro, Funchal, and Ponta Delgada
Action codes D and N must be used in the following cases:
- Change of operation day
- Change of aircraft registration
- Change of operator code
GABA (GCR) requests submitted by handling agents must be in the /FLT format and:
- Handling agents must previously present third-party authorization, per IATA season, for coordination of flights using the operator code.
- Or request the slots with the generic code, GN, with numbers within the previously assigned range.
- Aircraft registration is mandatory in all GCR requests.
